Teams are proactive in taking up responsibilities and ownership of their metrics. Any doubts are instantly cleared by respective team POCs speeding up work and having less hassle. Data is well organized in schemas with proper names and has lesser consistency errors which gives peace of mind when working with data or writing efficient queries. Sometimes hours may get extended especially if the team is lacking the employees to execute the projects. However as more employees are joining, the working hours are reducing back to normal. Efforts can be made to organize the projects better in the case of documentation (like using one platform like Asana instead of multiple).

There are aggressive deadlines sometimes and sometimes you may need to put in your weekends too for that but then comp offs and this once in a month activity becomes okayish

Work culture here is great, plus there are a lot of benefits like gym reimbursement, office setup reimbursements etc.
