US team is professional and they took interview in professional manner

India team just degrade on your skills and expertise. They want u to listen only. They just point out what you do not know never appreciate what you knows. It is looking like they want to tell you not asking. Given a lecture of almost 30 minutes out of 47 minutes of interview HR is not helpful at all asked her about interview nd she said I don't know what this round is about Be aware before join

If u receive good team as I joined I have received really good team till 2023 and the people wear good and also they trained me really good

As I received good team till 2023 after in 2024 they moved me in team there the people really not good at all as they playing office politics all the time and also the team coach and the senior team leader they both have very bad behaviour and not providing good traning by this two people and also they marking errors as I am still in the OJT training period they.
