Let's talk abt environment first it's very good and motivated but the work load the trainers the holidays the pressure isn't good it's like quite favouritism ki jo krega usko hi counts milengai I work in dental department for epic So it's quite hard for me to cope up with the production , quality , quantity and calling hours Rest the deputy managers and everyone are very good but the team leaders some of them aren't soo supportive they support according to their fav child kind off thing Appraisal : This is done first in 6mnths and then after every year one happens My salary got increased only by 2-3k which according to the market rate is quite low bcoz with 6 mnths of exp companies are offering job of 26-32k in hand for the client service executive profile so i guess that's a quite hitting thing...Read More
