I'm writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with medtech management team. Unfortunately, my time at the company was marred by unfair treatment, lack of transparency, unprofessional and poor communication. Despite my hard work and dedication, I consistently felt undervalued and unappreciated. Management's approach was often autocratic, with decisions made without considering employee feedback or concerns. This led to a toxic work environment, where employees felt powerless and demotivated. Furthermore, I experienced unfair treatment firsthand, with management displaying blatant favoritism towards certain employees. This created a culture of resentment and mistrust among team members. I hope that in the future, medtech will take steps to address these issues and prioritize employee well-being and satisfaction.
