Everything, literally everything. Work culture here in West Bengal is toxic like hell. Most of the Supervisors and Managers treat employees like a slave. If by any reason you need leave, you have to give excuses like police interrogation. Many more are there like unjustified incentives, meaningless rules, no proper guidance, poor work culture . In pharmacy department they use cctv cam for disturbing and poking their employees. The work culture specially in Supply Chain. Except this department most of the department doesn't care about knowledge and skill but they care about from which village or state the person is. Is he telegu speaking or not (this is the main criteria specially in HO)

I wish I was able to provide far worse ratings being a pharmacist and also an hr executive the worst decision was to join this organization as they never give you proper appraisals, promotional hikes incentives. Also they accuse you of false allegations and once your registration is endorsed it entirely depends on their mood as to when you would get release even after following all standard exit procedure. They expect us to stick to the same post and organization with improvement or skill development years after years. It is very depressing.
