If you are a pharmacist never ever join here. They will make you work a lot(cleaning, dusting, morning and night duties) saying everyone is equal and everyone should do all the works but won't give you any incentives saying "pharmacist won't get incentives" They won't give you aporn and would scold you by saying they'll cut 1000₹ from your salary of you won't "buy" an apron yourself as "pharmacist won't get an apron"...Read More

How the HR tells lie, but here is shortage in store medicine stolen by manager and supervisor

Management is worst they will never give you any satisfaction answer, you understand within 1 year 100 employees leaves this company coz of managers, if you will leave they will deduct your salary any how. Good for customers worst for employees. Low salary,no salary slip,no joining letter and has to pay audit shortage

Good culture,Perfect plan,easy learning methods and i fully comfortable with medplus culture and programs then training program is very helpful for everyone I like our company very much and I like to work. My higher officers (managers and supervisors) sometimes scold me with inappropriate words. They are forced to shift and work in different branches and incentives not received properly 😔 so Interest wanes .then salery also not given properly My higher authorities update me as part time for few months and only pay me half salary but I work full time.I am not the only one with this problem, many employees like me have lost their jobs due to this kindly consider about this problem .
