Company awesome every one loved activities and work culture but some managers creating problems . Managers giving wrong commitments at doctor chamber and stockist. Company brands and Ideas excellent sir my suggestion don't need experience candidates plz go through freshers . As with all owner driven companies, there is one man show and bureaucratic environment that has left no scope for organizational growth. All the departments are headed among family people ... a professional coming new in the team cannot think of directly heading any business unit or take strategic decisions. The Boss's brother,Son,Niece, Uncles,cousins,distant relatives will expect to be involved in the decision making while the onus of failure will be passed to poor implementation or poor skills of the implementer. Even the supply vendors will be either a relative or someone from their community ...any attempt to introduce a professional approach or expediting the process via new vendor will be seen with an eye of doubt....and dare you not counter question your boss who has the privilege of being from among the 'FAMILY' even if he has no experience of the domain /team he is heading. The team of relatives fight among themselves to prove their superiority and better decision making in front of the CEO(Owner himself of course) . Despite having the resources ...Unfortunately the company has not proved its mettle in the market and not ready to adapt to professional approach and dynamism that is required to move at a faster pace.
