I will never recommend people to join Mednet. There no organized process ..there is no growth opportunities...and zero Job Security In my 15 years of Career ..my biggest mistake was to Join This company ..where first time I have experienced seeing people gets fired without any considerations... The IT department is being Lead by a person who is nothing technically but strong politically. First of all they will be publishing the Job opportunity in LinkedIn and other Job Portals ..showing as if the opportunity is with Munichre . Which a big and organized organization then ..later on the go they will put u in Mednet Insurance where all your perceptions about Munichre will get blown out . The IT Manager there is a worst I have ever worked with. He is a real Politician and clever making the Management fool . He give orders to his friend’s companies and will ask you to work and make things happen. You can’t even escalate the vendor he is bringing is it even though they didn’t give you any output u required. And you will be suffering with continuous mental torture if you complaint about the vendor he brings in. Such an unprofessional Manager I have never seen in my Career who came to Dubai newly but makes fool of the entire management by playing around with Projects and making benefits out of it for him. Just imagine a manager who belief that employees under him should be scared to speak to him . Typical rude and dump mentality which is found to be common with people from his country , heard from my friends.
