Even in this pandemic as a healthcare person I'm working for the society and the company. And the company is not giving salary on time it is very terrible at this point of time , I know that many other companies don't even pay the salary or paying 50 % depending upon their business. But after the pandemic our business has reached out to many new customers when they can't go out and get the medicine , then medlife is there for them to deliver the medicine at their doorstep with all covid 19 protocol. The company need to pay the salary on time because we the employees investing their time and effort in the company and company making remarkable profit from that ....Read More

Salary delay is the worst thing in medlife nearly 15 to 25 days delay is happening. The employees are working from 7 to 4 normally and extra hours also we are working , previously there was Overtime payment but now that part removed in the name of work from home. But remember we are working , salary should be in correct time.

one of most worst companies to work for.. It has been acquired by PharmEasy now. they hire freshers for a buck of 10k-12k. It's a hardcore calling job.. no work life balance.. Managers and HR's will suck your blood.
