At first when medlife started their operations in mumbai, i joined a few months later after the operations were started, it was a very good company at the early stage, the people were and managers were motivating, helpful, understanding.

But later the management changed, and they started firing many people for vague reasons. They did not consider how much old you were in the company, how you have been in the company from the start. The Biometric data management became faulty, they would mark people absent even if they were present. Whenever they had to fire you, they would started looking for pointers to get you out of the company. Also theirs no retention process here, the HR itself would ask you to leave. Since they started changing a lot of things many of the people changed their job and went to their competitors as their was no job security. Overall the company has downgraded itself, not only in terms of employee management, but also in terms of service....Read More

In the early days it was best,but after the management was changed it was a headache.As i used to work in the night shift, working in the night shift for 16 months got me a habbit of it,and then later they started giving me flexible shifts alternate weeks
