Being an established startup, company always tries new strategies and may get succeed or fail. Because of this frequent Dynamic change of Strategies, many times we feel insecure about the job.

Work was exciting at the beginning of my joiing with the company. As new verticals were added by the company and the same responsibilities were shared to the employees, Work became more difficult.
