My Work at ware house was challening day to day we used to act like a Bridge b/w ware house & Head office & used to update Reports Targets on Hourly basis..

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
