It was a great lerning plateform for me, i had nice experience with medkart pharmacy, company appreciate their good employees and promoted them also. Infact i was also promoted in 2021

Very bad and manager is also very very harsh no co ordination and pay will be deducted anytime for any reason.

There is a great opportunity to get hands on experience on a lot of things.

Dislikes

No stability of the organisation. There are no processes in place. People are considered as tool which can be used and thrown away as per the need. No respect for the experienced people who are subject matter experts. I've seen people having experience of more than a decade being treated like even an intern should not be treated.
