They have setup Cameras in Women Restroom as well because they think people are going to do gossips in restroom and that can make them less productive. If you are in office, you should be working only for that time. You need to run a timer in TimeDoctor software while working. If your screen is not active for 2 minutes then timer will get stopped automatically. So that time will not be counted in your day. And you need to do 8 hours strict. 8 hours are minimum but they force employees to work for 12-14 hours Everyday and even on weekends without overtime pay. Manager is playing so much politics that he has made his girlfriend lead of QA - BA team, his best friend as Developer Lead. Manager won't listen to you or your problems he just want you to work in any type of situation. Work environment is so stressful that you can not talk to the person sitting beside you during work. They treat you like a student in Primary school. Please don't join this company even though they give you higher pay. Not at all good, Manager thinks that he owns all people working there, Even upper Management Depth and blind, they don't care whether people are working either they're happy or not, decisions are being overidden by manager, He thinks that he's feeding people and people should obey him but it's not true, people can leave anytime if they're not respected. I've many things to add though

If you are even right on your place though you need to follow Manager though he's wrong, so people are treated as puppet. Have many words to tell
