This company will play with certificates , I suggest don't join in this company , they only support for pl team lead if say any thing they will send to other process which is not related to ar , and they make employee to leave company they will keepbanks cheque s and do black mail, some people attempted sucide also company CEO MadhuBabu he only listen hr words . I am also one of the member faced this problem, recently they have removed 179 member in medico with out any reason....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
