1.They will force employees to leave the company, if they find any replacement. 2. Management is too bad, not think from employee side. 3. There are no employee benefits. Too much of partiality in the teams 4. Outsiders are not allowed to sustain the company for long time. Who ever is working from.past 6 to 7 years they can only stay. 5. Environment is worst. Please do not join if you are working for long time. 6. There is no job security, anytime management will ask you to leave or will be your last day. 7. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
