Nothing was appreciable.

Dislikes

Very poor management. Totally unsystematic work culture. All the employees were off-roll. Even salary was provided in cash. No official documents were provided to all employees. No job safety. Very annoying boss. Lack of qualified employees. Not any standard were maintained while developing the product. No safety measures were taken in R&D. No proper devices and tools were provided for R&D Not any documentation of products. No any facilities for employees. Even no separate Ladie's Toilet. Totally unprofessional environment. No ESI, PF or any other medical assistance...Read More
