Corporate culture is followed most of times, salary never comes at specific time. Hr policies are not ok. Appraisal takes huge amount of time and sometimes longer than required.

Dislikes

Appraisal awaiting for longer than required. Appointed as executive but has to play role of Asst. Manager. No designation is awarded as per work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
