The company culture is great. There's an open door policy which makes everyone easily approachable. My teammates were extremely talented and knowledgeable and very helpful.

After a period of about 2 years, the learning becomes stagnant. There are not many opportunities to grow and step out of your comfort zone. Work becomes slow and isn't as challenging.

Teammates are not at all helpful. There is a lot of politics. No job security, appraisals are based on favourtism. Dont expect a good hike. There are no facilities like bus, gym and other recreational. Manager was very pathetic. Forget about career growth because they dont focus on employee. They just focus on how to get the work done. Never join this company.
