US team mates at least know how to behave with a colleague, manager is very supportive. My manager is the only reason for not leaving the company. If he leaves I will also leave. Nothing else is good.

Dislikes

The culture is not good in India office, my team mate didn't even congratulate me when I got promoted, though when he got the promotion I congratulated him, though his total experience is less than mine. There are no trainings at all, even after 1.5 years of experience I feel like I hav e zero business knowledge, but I got awards and promotion based on my technical skills. This is hire and fire company, no job security. Appraisal is 1/3 of what I used to get in my pervious company. There is a lot of politics and communalism also in India office....Read More

In my early days in the company I suffered comparison with other colleagues which effected my appraisals. The yearly appraisals are not according the effort we put in. The company should improve on the retention policies as they have lost very good and experienced people due to not payi ng them adequately. That's the only con I have....Read More

Teammates are not at all helpful. There is a lot of politics. No job security, appraisals are based on favourtism. Dont expect a good hike. There are no facilities like bus, gym and other recreational. Manager was very pathetic. Forget about career growth because they dont focus on em ployee. They just focus on how to get the work done.
