All the goodwill the company had earned was only uptill 2020, since then the culture has become toxic, not just among upper management but also mid-level managers. There were companywide silent lay-offs in 2024 with nearly 30% of staff cut-off. Tech, product, business, sales across all divisions, the company is in a bad position. 1) Zero work life balance. Many times employees were asked to work on weekend, weekdays and even on public holidays. 2) No annual increments and other compensations. 3) No job security. Lost my job in lay offs and company hired bouncers for the process.

Frequent layoff before bonus and appraisal especially for experience folks across Marketing, HR and Finance. Very low appraisal numbers with biased appraisal, strict office working no Wfh. Weekend working is a norm here.Huge attrition due to last few years. Management is baised towards tenure employees hence not much growth for new joiners. Recently bouncer hired for layoffs and it's all over social media. Using outdated technology and currently surviving on investor money since company is burning money with no profitable vision in sight. Horribly toxic Management. They used bouncers to escort laid off employees. Have even seen employees being given murga punishment in case they fail to meet targets.
