Very much friendly environment , Have learned a lot. Awesome experience with this company. Managers as well as my team members were too good , very much supportive in work.

Dislikes

Compensation is in Average , but growth is slow. The work pressure is not too high. managers do appreciate in mail, msgs but during mid-year appraisals it mostly go unnoticed.

My work is not so challenging as I have to look after the call Center of a team of 30. Earlier I was working with AAA project then got shifted to PMJAY in other location. Managing IB and OB calls. Looking after the Quality Scores of the Agents.
