For Bio Technology guys, it is a good place to work. IT background guys should not come to Medgeome. There will be better place.

Dislikes

No culture, No Fun, No games, No work life balance, No near by hangout places, huge gap between management and employees

Likes

Masters of the blame game. Here Some smart manager have resigned from company within a week, they were lucky once. Attend some crash course on "how to work with insecure and self centered management" before joining here.

Dislikes

Everyone work on their own mission and personal objectives to complete for which they will do all unethical things. Internal politics is everywhere, but here people have taken it to next level. Here CEO will also show his helplessness and struggle for his own identity :P

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
