Two significant areas of concern within the company are the appraisal process, which often results in a lack of differentiation between individual performance levels(Despite being recognized as a star employee, I remained in an entry-level position for four years and received the same performance evaluation as my peers) and the difficulty in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Career Growth is good, well paid ,people are very cooperative, 100% job security . well equipped laboratory, I was in love with the lab.

Time management was not that great but overall its very good working place.

I was a Research associate , i works in lab it was very exciting , almost everyday we do new R&D and troubleshooting ,i believe there is so many project and learning opportunity .
