Company supported very well during lockdown by giving full salaries on time without any deductions.

Dislikes

HR management should improve. No Payslips given until continuously follow up. Rules and regulations are not the same for all. Overall work culture should improve.

Teammates are good, have time to time training sessions. Salary/appraisal are impressive. This is a very good platform for freshers to learn a lot because this company is technically very strong under the guidance of Dr.SRINIVASA RAO who have M.Tech.,PHD(Electronics). The key strength of this company is a good team in R&D and Electrical,Mechanical Designs. Overall rating for this comany is 5/5.

Dislikes

Appraisal is good but freshers package is a bit low, but for a long run based on Individual performances of employees the Appraisals are quite high.
