Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I like MSF because they work to treat the pepole in case of emergency situation and think for the peoples livlihood with proper sanitation and also MSF organize sessions to learn the people about the need of sanitation , family planning etc. As an humanitarian organization MSF doing best. MSF organize training according to the need of the team staffs in differenet fields ex. Medical, Pharmacy, logistics, Finance,HR, etc. When I worked with MSF I worked with differenet people od different countries and cultures. That's a nice experience. As a pharmacist i have to look after medical item orders, after recieving the orders i have to check every medicine and medical items as per order . I have to prepare the overall pharmacy report based on the project works .
