Nobody can like anything about Meddo. But I still like some things about this company. You can learn how important savings in your account is, as they can fire you anytime any day and also won't pay you your full n final amount until 45 days (at least) of your firing. You get to test your human body n mind capabilities as you have to work for the whole day long and night as well sometimes and hardly get 3-4 hours and management will abuse you in the morning and you have to get back to your work. "Never ever trust anybody in Meddo", it is very important as they will make big promises to you so that you forget your sleep and get to work and when the time comes, they will say we never make any such promises. You'll learn new things every day like, how to take credit for someone else's work, how to abuse someone and make them happy at the same time, how to manipulate people and use them for your work, and many more things which you can use to destroy someone's life. You can get a good exposure in making fake promises, from HR. HR has great skills in lying. He'll lie to you in your face each and every time which such clean speech that you'll start admiring him....Read More

Dislikes

What can I say about dislike, it is a good company. Dictatorship is the policy which is nice as nobody can say nothing. But I do have some dislikes - When someone suggests a solution/improvement to Tech Lead that we are doing this thing in a wrong way we should correct it as we need a stable product and get fired instead. - They will ask you to work all night right there from the office so as to get deliver it before time and offer you to take next day off and then at 2 AM they ask you to go home and no off for next day as you didn't work all night so you have to report by 9 AM sharp. - Management is asked to fire those who are not good enough in the Tech team. Why did you hire them in the first place? - Leader promises to give Saturdays and Sundays off to employees in writing and when the time comes he says this cannot be done we are going through tough times you guys have to work on Sundays as well. - They promise health insurance to everyone and their family and instead of providing health insurance they provide pay cuts saying we are going through tough times - Management abuses employees day and night, deduct their salary, and then expects them to work day and night even on Saturdays and Sundays. - If someone complaints that they not getting enough sleep because of work and asks to provide an intern at least to help, management says that 2 hours of sleep is enough for me and you are getting at least 3 then I don't see a problem here. - When someone asks for a salary hike as she is working hard delivering 3 times what was promised by her and management says that you are not efficient enough, you should go to the Performance Enhancement Program and if you don't do well then we have to fire you....Read More
