Majority of the office staff be it Dispatch @ CFA level, Finance, HR @ regional office level all are on Contract basis. Except HR nobody is prompt or accountable. None of the contract employees occupying the Finance or other departments answer on mails unless an escalation from Channel head goes. Expiries claims are not settled leading to major disputes with Distributors, this hits the sales badly. It is a challenge to sell the near expiry goods.
