No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth No vision and mission. They will hold your salary when you resign. No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in feel. Advice to Management Shut down the Company, if you don't know how to behave to your employees.

The job is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no training sassii. I learnt everything on the job I got a chat to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same tea
