The job is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no training sassii. I learnt everything on the job I got a chat to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same tea

Very poor culture and teammates are not supporting, there's no gaming and chilling cafeteria arcade. Company policy are very poor, appraisal are not good fair and they give good salary but bonus system are very poor.
