MDC Group work culture is very good. Higher management and senior management is very good. They think about employees, there is no politics . Best Pharma Company. Work life balance is excellent, job security is there.

I have been working with MDC Group for more then 4 years in Marketing Department. I am very happy to be apart of this organization. It is very good place for a fresher to start as people are very supportive and work environment is excellent. We can gain good knowledge and experience.
