Only weekly 2 off i like, other wise I leave this company after 6 months of my career.

I don't like here working culture, working culture are so toxic, senior manager naver gave the opportunity to learn and grow, and manager never listen there crew request, thats why there are so much high crew turn over. we attend SLT, ASL, DLIM, but I experienced that in floor we are unable to implement that, or no one give us the way,. They only want profit, although that is unethical.

At my first job, I like it when I serve tables which brings smiles to customers' faces. That's the part of the job I love the most.

Dislikes

Very hectic working environment, the night shift is going to mess up with your health and sleep schedule, lot of work to do ex: kitchen back sink area work seems like it would never end. also stocking things up at night and going to ice cold freezer was something I hated a lot Lobby cleaning was easy.
