I'm McDonald's it is very hard to get incentives.i had worked for 1 an half year but we didn't get any incentives...and our employees have very bad experience about incentives...

co workers are very friendly and helpful ..and also training is very good and growth opportunity are good

Dislikes

No job security.. you will get fired for others mistake also.. not timings for the shift you will have to work more then 12 hours a day without overtime pay

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
