The company culture is awesome. On top of that, there's a high chance to get promoted easily, if you perform well. The seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

There's nothing that I really dislike, apart form the fact that the contract positions have very less chances of being converted to permanent.

I have been worked at McDonald's 2years 7 months, that was great experience, I have not only experience , learnt alot of things about and growth , I strongly believe that McDonald's best platform to develop the knowledge, skills, work and behav in society.

Dislikes

I don't have any dislike working situation at McDonald's till my last day.
