I was in McDonald's north and east Company is good but the restaurant manager did not respect work they only repspect tha flattery And the management team also spolling the McDonald's name they serve expired product to customer And when i inforomed to our operation manager they did not take any strict action they only transfered the manager to another store After that episode The management team treated me as a wrong person And tortured me in different ways they did not give me promotion and Alsobegan to give 4 hours shift ....Read More

Clattery is the main part of promotion in McDonald's Knowledge and work experience does not matter!!! U cannot go against wrong in McDonald's If u did that, u will have to face tortured by management and also the higher People of the McDonald's

Nothing they treat as like a labour if u are a crew member U have to do paint, polish, and many work like that And also have to work after checkout

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
