It moatly about the work enviroment and focus more on crew training skills.

Mc Donald India(North East) division had very less innovation in their food menu items. It just limit a customer choice of varitey and whenever from south Division visits our outlet, it kinda hurts when we don't meet their expectations. Mostly in Drinks and Smoothies.
