2 years ago 1 july 17: 43 out 55 outlets of mcdonald got shut down due to non renewal of licenses. the company hs been shut down. but the best thing was that Mc Donald gives salary to us for those 5 month when stores were shut down & inviting us on job.

It has been a very long time that i spend with mc donald. I joined mc donald as a crew member then later i got promotion for the designation of a crew trainer. A crew trainer is the person who gives training to new crew members & gives training to them.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

When lockdown started ,nobody was able to came on shift , me personally did't went on shift for two months so company gave me 8675 rs first month then second month 6567 rs , and my salary is only 14567 . After 2 months company said that we will not give you any salary without work or not on shift .so finally those who going on shift thay got there salary . It's a very tough time for us .

Salary is not good . According to work load . Even managers get 20 to 22 thousands a month only , so corporation should look at that , and growth is too slow .
