Well really a good place to learn and develop yourself..

Dislikes

Sometimes pressure is high u have to work for 12-14hrs..customer complains.. Product issues may be short received or delayed delivery.

Work Details

9hrs shift..two weekly offs i think u will never got these benefits in any other workplace

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
