Work coulture is exicilent. Best thing is 5 days working, and there is no restrictions on availing your own leave you can avail whenever you want to.

I m writing this specially for north as the current situation is going on in McDonald's about its franchisee conflict. Only Employee is suffering there is very less chance of growth as company is not expanding and there is no extra benefits like incentive and other perks. Even motivational activities like outing and dinner also stopped by the company.

I hve joind McDonald's as Management trainee and work as second assistant manager for 4.5 years. As I have seen there is no growth so I decided to move on.
