McDermott Gurgaon a good place to learn and grow with knowledgeable persons.

Dislikes

McDermott chennai doesn’t have the corporate structure. Doesn’t Treats employees professionally. Seniors and Leads don’t have sufficient knowledge to lead a project but still they are continuing their positions. Training is not given for nee joiners.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting but no proper training and proper guide to move forward.
