I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. proper 9 to 5.30 job cycle if you have a good understanding with your team lead and job security is better compared to other similar companies. Taking leaves is not a headache and is generally easily approved if planned.
