the creative director I worked for valued my work and I learned a lot form her.. over 1 year working with her... Thank god I take that back with me.. frm this hell of a place.

Its been a pathetic experience for me .. I was asked to leave on a very short notice, reason was not appealing.... the particular wing was shutting down.!!?? I worked for 23 clients in 1 year... and my send off was very abrupt and very unprofessionally dealt with. In just half hour my system was forced shut and access denied!! I wasforced to give a resignation which I haven't yet. its worst place I ever worked in... they blocked my portfolio too and that has left me jobless now... I don't have any works to claim as mine and find a job.... and they really don't care for employees. I filed a complaint at IPG GROUP regarding this... and what I got in return is a long bit for making that call form my personal telephone provider at the end of the month.... it was an international call. They have just being very untrustworthy the IPG GROUP. im devastated with the whole event and their scheme..... Had gone through depression and have put on lot of weight now.. My bible and beloved wife is helping me out of this now... SAD SUCH PEOPLE EXISIT IN THIS WORLD... its a bad organisation now.. was not that I have heard off......Read More

No yearly increment, no night allowance, salary is too low. No job security, Management is not even bothered about it.
