I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very bad work culture -it is purely my experience in Macfee. I was feeling depressed and i got health issue suddenly due to work pressure of my manager who use to scold everyone infront of team and no work ethics and speaks like he is giving salary for all who work under him.Even all left that time within span of 6 months.When i joined i ask any doubt regarding project my manager use to scold me .I never experience this in any other organisation and I felt i am the only one who was facing this but later i get to know all team members are facing same issue and mental stress...Read More

McAfee now known as Trellix. Good organisation but as it is US based company you will always be under the fear of layoffs. The appraisal hikes are not good now a days. The hike is below double digit. They just have one office in India and it's in Bangalore. They have started work from office with hybrid culture but still you will have to move to Bangalore to attend 3 days of office.

Dislikes

It is same work everyday. We have to work on the Service requests coming from calls or portal. We have to make calls. And McAfee is hungry for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Ratings/Score. They will say it in every meeting and then they say no we are not running behind CSAT. I feel like I am not working in Cyber security company, I am working in call centre.
