If we pass the thoughts of TL, we are the winners and if we fail in the same, we are the losers. Appraisal will not be based on the performance and hardwork. It will be purely based on thepersonal opinion of TL and it will be blindly accepted up to the level of top management. Career growth will be there but repeated works will be done that you might go to exhausted state. Fully loaded with stress and you will be sick once or twice in a week.
