Work-life balance is great. Salary credited on-time always. Seniors always teach you something unique and useful that makes it a great learning space. Frequent opportunities to travel abroad. They manage teams differently and effectively.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
