Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Work Culture is pretty bad.You have less of learning prospects. Lot of politics for promotions. Work Life Balance is not possible. There is no innovation happening. Career growth prospects are very low as there are many people stagnated at same positions as there are only few vacancies for the higher posts.
