Likes

It is the biggest ship building company in India and very good place for exprience career growth depends on your influence because of which unfit people are recruited and adding to the total loss for the company for example even union members do not work.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Politics at very high level, influence of appraisal at very high level the company is Semi Govt. hence there are politicians ans Naval Personnel interfering in recruitment but for public the rules are different.

Work Details

Those who work are targetted to work more with out any appriciation

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
