The work atmosphere is conducive and there is prospects for career growth.Salary is excellent and secured jobAs. If one wishes he can learn a lot in advanced technology.

Dislikes

Some Politics do exist in division which affect performance of executives.

Project demands hectic working hours

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
