I think Mayo College is more than a fairy tale for any novice teacher. This is not a school but an organisation, you have an endless scope of learning and delivering to education. I spent almost 7 years here and learned a lot from my senior colleagues, especially Lt. Gen. Kulkarni, I have never seen such a visionary leader till now.He always renders his support and guidance to everyone in the school and treats everyone equally. His office is always open and he is always approachable to both teachers and students. Mayo College is not merely run on codes or policies but it runs on the culture and traditions. The way of criticism is also such that you always accept and work for good. This place has groomed both me and my wife in the field of education, and I can proudly say that whatever we have achieved today is all because of Mayo. Go Mayo!!!!!!...Read More

Located in Rajasthan, Ajmer witnesses warm weather for most part of the year, which gets uncomfortable, if you are not used to the heat and harsh sunlight.

As a teaching staff at a residential school, I accompany, assist, aid, encourage and motivate children in all that they seek to achieve. I also teach English.
