They don't have any respect for employees and they don't value Indian Culture and knowledge. The racism we have faced many times, their VP's don't have even know the difference between Operators and Engineers. Overall experience is very poor and must tier quality never suggest third class quality personally faced

Taiwanese are doing racism with Indians and they don't have much knowledge of the process still they are appointed in head positions. Training skill set analysis was poor no proper process has been followed it has been only on paper as being HR I know that. traveling time is very much and work environment is not growing environment all the department doing politics for personal interest. Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
